Vacant Office Admin Role at Heath Electrical Services

Located in Milton Keynes, the role of Office Admin will consist of administrative tasks, staff support, and ensuring the smooth running of Heath Electrical Services. The ideal candidate will be proficient, motivated and has a positive, friendly attitude as the main point of call for all visitors, customers and other personnel. The candidate must be available Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 17:00 (excluding holidays).

  • Location: Milton Keynes
  • Days: Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays
  • Hours: 07:30 – 17:00 hrs


  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Assist colleagues in other projects when necessary


  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
